The second teacher said staff at first thought gunman Panya Khamrab was “coming to pick up his kid”, who usually attended the childcare centre in northeastern Nong Bua Lam Phu province, 480km. Panya Khamrab, the attacker, arrived at the nursery at around 12:50 ICT.
